Without going into my story it mirrors the other one shared here - Brite Blinds is a scam.
They sold me on a particular set of blinds, showed up to install the blinds unannounced when I was not home (suspicious), turns out they installed very low quality defective blinds missing the explicitly written features I ordered.
Bedroom blinds broke in two days, they pick it up for repair and never...

I had a great experience with this company. They came out and measured, stuck to their estimate, and when I wanted to change the side of the pull chains, they came right out again and did it. Great customer service and the blinds look great.
