Used him a few years ago when I moved, and had a similar experience to others. Very nice on the phone, upon arrival a different story. Then asked for more money? Made a stressful move even more so. I'm scared to say too much in case he tracks me down and murders me, but wouldn't recommend.

I had a last minute emergency and needed a couch removed and I was calling around to see who could dispose of it for me on the same day. Unfortunately for me, it was beginning to look like same-day removal wasn't possible.

These are horrible, angry people to deal with. Hired to clean out an apartment at our building, he (Brad, I assume) was horribly unpleasant to deal with.
