I recently was part of an event held here for the Canadian transplant games. Many of the athletes had experience with lawn bowling but many did not. I was very impressed by the club representatives who took time throughout the day to explain (and re-explain) rules, teach participants and spectators what the game was all about. They were very friendly and knew their stuff.
