I have been a loyal customer of Bonny's but today's service was horrible!!
I am giving a two star just for the sake of good memory.
25 minutes!
I ask for a cab, he says, "ok, where are you going?" I tell him, and he says OK and hangs up.

I called again to check after 20mins, and he says," well we are busy." Then hangs up.
Whatever happened to "it will be there in ##mins?"

Four star to whoever picked up my phone call just 5mins ago! She is very helpful and polite!

I have used Bonny's both as a passenger and been cut off and flipped off as a driver. I used their service a few days ago travelling from Burnaby to New Westminster and when I told the driver where I was going he said that the trip was too short and that I should tell the dispatcher where I am going. He made it seem like I was wasting his time.
