downtown branch is better than others

i used to be a long-term customer, for 11 years, but BMO has fallen behind the times. they need to update the functionality of their online banking because it's lacking compared to other banks. too many transactions need to be done in person. particularly about this location, it's at least convenient if you work downtown to come here.
