overpriced, man!
I don't know if it's the fact that they have a recognizeable name, or what, but they seem to ask quite high prices for the service and parts they perform.
Walmart service at aston martim prices
Tried to get my winter tires changed over, they stripped the lug nuts leaving my original wheels and tires jammed on.
Mechanic blamed poor quality lug nuts (original nissan parts), incompetent mechanics fitting it (nissan dealership) and anyone else who could conceivably be a scapegoat.
Tried to charge $250 to change the tires over to boot.
Poor service, poor attitude. outrageous prices.
I try to give my custom to locally owned and operated businesses wherever possible but it is hard in the face of such indifferent overpriced alternatives.
Sadly it is back to costco.

I've been a customer for over 20 years. Today is a Saturday and I brought my car in to get new tires put on. I received a call at 3:53 leaving a message that my car was ready. This Blaskin & Lane location is near my home, so I've gone to them now a few times. This spring, after purchasing a couple new all seasons and switching from my winters (which were also purchased at B&L), i noticed one of my tires was leaking. I went to this B&L store on the beginning of winter 2012 to search for a new winter tire set. They offered me a higher price than their competitors, but the sales person lied to me with a platinum service, where promise to exchange your winter and summer set of tires twice every year as long last the tires you purchase with them.
