A very clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff plus a very good restaurant, and lots of parking. Our trips to Ottawa are mostly for medical appointments at Ottawa Hospitals. The lobby is always tastefully decorated, with comfortable chairs and a lit fireplace which is inviting and cosy.
