We stayed at this hotel two years in a row. The first year the rooms ac was malfunctioning. I literally had to swap rooms at 2:00AM it was sooo hot. The next year, this past July, the same thing happened. When I told the manager, I think his name was Jay, he told me one of the two rooms we rented would be comped.
