do not know what they are doing!!!

It all started when they sold us a bath tub that they told us was europen. They said candians could not install it and that they were the only one who could. so we hired them to install the tub and run a new line for the tub as required by building code. she said he was licensed to do all the work and that he could anything else that need to be done. Well he came to install the tub how ever did not have any of the parts to do so. so we had to drive him to rona and back to best home to get the parts. We also had to pay for them. You would think that the store who sells tubs would have what you need to install them. however thats not the case. after all the runing around we came home and he "got to work". 4 hours later he told us he was done grabed his money and was out the door. I went to look and the bathroom was a mess the taps that we just bought from best home were leaking as well as the shut off for the toilet. We had no idea why he touched the shut off for the toilet but he cut it to short which is why it leaked. he did not even give us a recipt but expected us to pay another $100. the leak went down the wall and into the basement bath room which has set off another $5,000 reno. to top it off he did not run a new line which he was paid for. he took off my GFI and put in a regular plug which is not to code which is posted online. he then ran a line from the plug under my cabinets behinde my toilet around the tub to another regular plug which also had to be a GFI. as well as be on its own line. And this is just the start we ended up get 2 new plumbers as well as a electrician costing us another $1000 on top of what he got. we had to fix the tap but we could not. the cartridge was able to be found. however in our search we found wc pots a store that sold european baths. they opened a book and told us to see if our tub was in there and sure enough there it was. He told us that it was made in china.

welll that is when we decided it was time to return the tub and get a proper one. long story short we got a canadian tub.
