I've always found the staff here to be really knowledgeable and courteous. I've walked in off the street and asked for a apartment-warming gift idea. The lady didn't just suggest something she asked questions about which direction the apartment faced, how often my friend is home and how much light she'd get before she suggested a plant I never thought of purchasing.
