Took my '03 Golf in the other day for a new coil pack and found the Beetle Spa to be one of the best mechanic experiences I've had despite needing more work then what I had expected. The guys did the work faster then expected and Rod took the time to really explain what was needed and what could wait and for how long. Will definitely be back in the future

Beetle Spa rocks...i've been a customer here over 10 yrs...Rod took over the business from his Dad, who retired many yrs ago....I can't say enough good things about Rod's integrity...so many larger mechanical depts/outlets will hose you for what they can... but not so with Rod, however...he's even on numerous occasions advised me to NOT get some work done, as there wasn't a need for it at the... more

My van has been to many shops in our 16 years together.
I was planning a trip and needed some things checked on my Westy prior to leaving. Rod was really knowledgeable and also understanding of my timeline. He also only did what we discussed, and he made suggestions of potential needs down the road, but in a friendly way. There was no pressure. The cost was very reasonable too.
