I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. My whole experience with this store was a nightmare. They tell you things with confidence and you believe them because you are not a plumer or a contractor, but later it turns out they had very little knowledge (or do not want to share it with you) about what to look for when you are buying stuff for the bathroom. They are just interested in selling to you as much as they can. And if it doesn't work for your bathroom (wrong sizes, model, sturcture, etc.), they don't care. Because they will still charge you a 25% restalking fee, even if it's their fault in selling you the wrong product.

At one point my contractor needed to see my vanity that I purchased at this store. I sent him there in full confidence that the salespeople will show him the model I bought (they had a file on me with all the receipts with model numbers). They did show him the vanity and he spend time and affort adjusting my pluming to suit that vanity, only later to be discovered by me that they showed him the wrong vanity.

At this point it was too late and the pluming had to be redone again, which is very costly and time consuming. When I phoned them and explained what happened, the manager Heather refused to take any steps to remedy the situation and blamed it all on my for not coming and not showing the product myself. It took a personl visit there the next day, a lot of upset talking, and finally yelling at the manager threatening to tell everybody I know in Burlington about the quality of there service, when the owner took mercy on me and volunteered to redo the pluming himself at no charge. But the manager still remained unrelented and would take no responsibility for her staff mistake. This is just one of my episodes with this "wonderful" place.

On the other hand, the sales people of the Pluming House in Hamilton provided an excellent service and they do not charge any restalking fees. If only I knew about that place earlier...
