Great service. Car Rental Agencies are all much the same so it all really boils down to the service and the people behind the counter. Richard in Victoria and Kevin at the Airport were understanding and helpful when I had an issue with my rental. My problem was solved and I was back on my way with a minimum of stress and expense.

Located in the downtown core, this place was exactly where I needed it to be at the lowest price around (a la Expedia).

Exceptional service: I showed up with my road bike planning on stowing it in the fold down mid-size I'd reserved during my non-biking trip to Victoria. Not only did the courteous manager(?) provide me an upgrade but he also offered to store my bike in his already small space.... more
