Worst car rental experience ever.

We rented our car through the Costco travel website where it gave us a very good deal at $98.00 CAD for a 3 night weekend rental (full size vehicle). The day before we were to pick it up, Avis sent us a modification email saying how our rate was changed from $98.00 to $107.00 CAD. What a mess this place is. Walked in, about 40 people waiting. Looks like the process is so last century, it takes about 2 hrs to get your previously reserved car. Super inefficient. Please send someone to fix it!!!
