I have no clue why they get such high reviews. I started working with them but later down the road they stopped contacting me back and replying to my emails. Very unprofessional.

They are truly full service. Justin was a pleasure to work with and delivered what he promised. They walked me through the entire process, and no question went unanswered. They absolutely found me the lowest rate available on the market. You will not be disappointed and I would recommend them to anyone.

I've used Averbach Mortgages for both of my mortgages over the last 8 years and they have been amazing both times. My most recent application involved a number of complications because I was applying from the US and had a short timeline, but Justin had an effective strategy and got it done.
