I can confidently and earnestly recommend Dr. Ankur Tayal.
For years I had medical doctors push pills on me, trying to temporarily alleviate symptoms (and get me out of the office as quickly as they could). I had always maintained that I wanted a long term solution and that I didn't think daily pain medication was the answer I was looking for. When I started to develop stomach problems, I knew it was time to look elsewhere. I simply wasn't getting the kind of healthcare I was looking for. When I started seeing Dr. Tayal it was incredibly refreshing. He asks questions, listens to me and offers the kind of transparency I've always thought should be part of healthcare (it's my health, right?). If I ask to see my chart, he happily hands over the folder. If I have questions, he takes his time to answer. If I stump him (not often), he looks into it and gets back to me. I also like that Dr. Tayal uses a low-force technique. I had always been leery of doctors/practitioners hurting me during exams so knowing there was very little pressure applied during the procedure was a big plus. In a short period of time visiting Dr. Tayal, I had my back pain go away and the chronic joint pain attacks I've suffered for years have been greatly reduced. More importantly, I feel good about my health and I look forward to coming into his office. I can confidently and earnestly recommend Dr. Ankur Tayal.

I came to see the doctor for very bad neck pain and headaches. I couldn't move my neck but he helped me a lot. I am able to sleep now and have no back pain. Even my blood pressure went down to normal, where it has not been for years.

10 years ago I fell and landed on my back. I have been in pain severe in my head and neck and can't sleep. Dr. Rios helped me so much. I sleep all right now and the pain is gone, finally.
