We dined early with friends as we were going to the theatre in Vancouver. American Grille always pleases us, a nice blend of informality with very good food and our server, Remi, added to our evening's enjoyment. The sablefish was cooked too long, turned out a bit tough.The baby backribs were cooked well but the flavour was bland.
