Spoke to this man over the phone about installing a vacuum sweep and he gave me all kinds of info. I am about to buy a new central vac and was thinking of spending over $1000 on one at a different retailer. The owner will walk you through as much trouble shooting as need to say money on a house call. Also, when you go to the store they are ALL friendly, and yesterday I went in for a part, which he gave me for free.
