Horrible Delivery Experience
I ordered flowers via e-mail on their site and followed their instructions. They called me the following morning to confirm my order.
The phone call was unprofessional. Long story short -- the lady didn't seem too sure of what she was doing.
I asked her to not phone the recipient as i wanted to keep it a surprise and i assured them the recipient will be at the address -- they called anyway
ALSO....
My message wasn't written correctly. Even after I typed it out to them through the e-mail. (somehow that was possible as well)
totally unsatisfied. Would not recommend this level of service. What a disaster.
Lovely Floral Designs
I must say that the floral designs at this place are truly stunning. It is difficult to take your eyes off them or choose any one of them. Thankfully, the service is great and they helped me choose.
