Fabulous Customer Service!
I have been renting vehicles from many car rental companies and none of them had such fabulous customer service as Affinity Luxury Car Rentals. It's happened so often that other companies promise a specific car and then when I show up, have to downsize it as that car wasn't available. Affinity gave me what I was promised and were really friendly in the process. 5 stars!!!
