Awful experience and horrible customer service. Ordered flowers, received the email that they had been successfully delivered. 3 days later I discovered that they had never actually been received. When called to inquire I was told it would be looked into and I would get a call back. I had to call 3 times before any action happened, and received snippy comments from the woman on the phone. My husband ordered Valentine's flowers from Ada's flower shop, as he had a number of times before. They ended up sending the same arrangement twice that day (although, one was addressed to my husband, from my husband). Uh oh!
