The staff is rude. They are nice enough when selling you tires, but when it comes to servicing they book too many people and are constantly behind. They do not care about your time - they make you wait and wait and wait. When you buy winder tires, they say they'll swap your all seasons for winter tires for free, but they don't tell you that its free only if you buy the balancing service from... more

Friendly, efficient service. Dropped my car off in the evening, it was ready in the morning. All of my old tires were packaged up in bags and placed in the car for me. They offered to order the tires I wanted too, but ended up having them in stock (bonus).

I stopped at this shop on a day off of a month-long roadtrip i took in October. While extremely worried about my car and the possibilities of an expensive fix, the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgable, showing me that i didn't need an expensive fix and that there was a cheap and easy solution to my problem. They did the work fast and promptly.

I can't recommend this auto repair shop... more
