We live in a Yaletown condo and with the constant construction outside maintaining carpets has become a struggle. Carpet stain removal

Co. made no promises re: removal of stains, however, effort was definitely lacking as only 20 minutes was spent in attempts to remove 3 separate stains. Told us that it was a lost cause. Wife and I did a much a better job on our own subsequently. To be fair, stains are still present, but for $120, they certainly should have done at least as good as job as we subsequently did.
