This review is not directed at any particular location but rather the way they operate at the call centre.I used this service last month when I rented a cargo van.I was charged $39.95 plus some $25 insurance charge that I later found out was optional when reviewing the website.Plus I purchased extra km's for $10 as it only came with 100km.I wasn't informed by the call centre about this $10... more
