I called from the front desk of a 4star hotel downtown , to ask if they found a phone from one of my guest that was left in the car.
this Rude man that didnt even speak english , was not capable to assist us in any way, he was upset we were not trying to book a car with him.
We did not manage to find out were the phone was, beccause he hanged up on us!
they defenally lost us as costumers!
