Beware 417 Suzuki
Beware 417 Suzuki. I've been through the service department 3 times in less than 3 weeks for an intermittent problem (reverse doesn't work) on a 2010 vehicle that I purchased here (less than three weeks ago). Murray Malamud (General Manager) personally observed the problem, as did a technician, yet I still have no resolution. Don't get burned like I did, take your hard earned money elsewhere.

Comparé à son concurrent à Hull ---à éviter----, Suzuki 417 offre un excellent service. J'ai apporté mon véhicule pour un entretient hier et après même pas 30 min tout était fait (comparativement à plus d' 1h-1h30 pour Hull). De plus, mon entretient m'a coûté beaucoup moins cher qu'à Hull, et de loin!
Mon véhicule m'a été remis lavé à l'extérieur sans que je l'aille demandé, la salle d'attente est confortable (vous n'êtes pas assis sur une petite chaise droite à côté du bureau du vendeur) et le personnel est bilingue, sympathique et courtois.
Bref, un endroit que je recommande, mon Grand Vitara va se faire entretenir par eux à l'avenir.
Autre point, Suzuki/Subaru à Lachute est aussi excellent si vous résidez plus près de cet endroit.

They lied to a friend of mine and told them that Rivington Suzuki in Carleton Place ( a great dealership) was closing, so they shouldn't buy there.
Stay away from any of the 417 group.
They are the epitome of bad dealerships.
