Tremendous Moving Experience
After contacting several companies, we decided on Vega Line moving in March for the price and as well as the professionalism and friendliness of Nancy in particular. Nancy was the one who managed our move from day 1 and was always available to respond patiently to our questions / concerns. We moved from Edmonton AB to Whistler BC one bedroom Apt. I was provided with exact number of men, truck and equipment that I was promised and I was billed accordingly. No hassle, no damage, no surprises. They were on time, polite, very efficient, and very careful with my belongings. They not only provided the basic services expected but also went out of their way to help me. I am extremely pleased with the services I received from Vega Line Moving and would recommend them to my friends and family.

Amazing Mover
By far the best mover I have used in country. My move took place by the end of January from Calgary AB to Vancouver BC. Their customer service rep Adam exceeded my expectation. Along with other furniture, I had a piano to move with Vega Line Moving. Their crews have been very caring and professional. They took extreme care to tying the stuffs down on the truck. Despite a small house and tight stair corners, they could easily move all items including the piano. They went the long mile successfully and arrived on time. The Vega Line moving crew made my move less stressful. I would hundred percent recommend them. Next time I am definitely going to hire them again.

I recently moved to Toronto , ON i filled out an estimation form on and Mark contacted me , he went through the items list with me and estimated the move around 3000 lbs , he explained me the charges and the service , i felt comfortable and i booked my moving date with Vega Line. he contacted me 48 hours before the pickup date and confirmed the time of pickup the crew was friendly and they did fix a lot of my own packing besides wrapping my furniture , i was happy overall with the whole pickup loading process , today i recieved my shipment in excellent condition same crew delivered my stuff , and i ordered pizza to thank them all , it feels soo good to have this done without hassle. Thank you Mark for being honest and very friendly and did assist me the whole time , i have arranged the pickup date on 13th of February and the movers were on time , proffesional , they protected the floors and Ishmael who was in charge provided an inventory list , i was able to check off at the delivery time and make sure they delivered everything , it took 7 days to arrive and good condition , i highly recommend Vega Line moving.
Thank you Vega Line Moving , i have a good story to tell not a horror story ,i have red a lot of horror stories online mine was as smooth as i would hope.

SIMPLY THE BEST! My mom recently passed away and I desperately wanted her bedroom furniture and other keepsakes. My family told me that it would be impossible and expensive to have everything moved from her home in Vancouver to my home in Toronto. Mark and David and their professional team of movers made it happen! Due to challenging logistics, I needed a specific day and window of time for the pick up and I needed it to be on a Saturday. Mark made that happen. David convinced a reluctant guard to allow him to drive the huge truck through my mom's gated community. He kept his promise to not go near any grassy areas and drove the truck flawlessly - like he was maneuvering a little sports car! Packing and moving my mom's things was an emotionally draining experience for me. Everyone at Vega Line Moving was kind, courteous, supportive and helpful and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a MOST POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. Every time I look at my mom's dresser sitting in my bedroom, I am so grateful that Vega Line Moving made it possible for it to be in my home! Thank you so much!!
Vega Line Moving is best movers in Canada and USA
I get a quote via email from Vega Line Moving and a several other movers. Vega Line Moving responded very quickly, not with a quote but with a note that they would like to send a representative to do an actual estimate in my home. Their representative showed up as schedule and the quote I got was reasonable, complete and they even managed to give me the date I wanted. The day before the closing, they packed everything nicely and laid out floor protection so nothing would get scratched up and be ready for the day after. I can only say that I was impressed. During the move, I got a call from Mark who asked if everything was going all right. Small details like that leaves you with a very good and lasting impression. CJ, who was the leader of the moving team, was totally cool. CJ and his team worked hard and quick. They did an excellent job. Vega Line Moving is best movers in Canada and USA!
Amazing Canada to USA Relocation
At the end we hired Vega Line Moving & Storage Services for our move from Canada to USA.
Shortly before deciding to move, we bought some new furniture at considerable cost. Specifically, a dining room set with a glass fronted buffet. The move went smoothly and my unharmed dining room set looks great in our new retirement home. They applied seniors' discount without any request. All of their prices were guaranteed and they left us references to call, which we did. The crew from Vega Line Moving & Storage Services did an amazing job.

Total Professionalism in Moving
We had 3 moving companies to choose from and we are very happy we decided to go with Vega Line Moving. We moved beginning of September from Toronto ON to Victoria, BC I would like to state that my wife and I were quite pleased with the performance of our movers. The movers who came to our house were friendly and hard worker. They were very careful and nothing got damaged. It was a long hard day for them, including hauling heavy items up the stairs but they kept their good humor and professionalism throughout the day. The whole move went very smoothly and everything was done quickly and without issue. I wouldn't hesitate to use Vega Line Moving again, and I am actively referring people who need movers to them.
Excellet Service from Vegaline
We hired Vegaline moving in late June for our move from Vancouver to Toronto, their estimate was 6000lbs but we ended up at almost 10,000 on the scale, it was government certified scale and we have been provided with the scale tickets. This was my first time using professional movers and I was a little apprehensive, but everything went off perfectly, and I was very happy I hired movers. They were on time, professional, came out to give us a free quote and provide loaner totes and wardrobe boxes. They were polite, helpful, fast, and quick at their work. Items were well packed and handled carefully. Would recommend them in a second and without any reservations!
My Best Move Ever
Just wanted to drop a quick note to say what a great experience it was to move with Vega Line Moving. From the time Vega Line arrived at our old place to the time, they unloaded our furniture's into our new place, they handled themselves very professional, friendly and courteous. Given the hard job they do they were very funny and made my move very relaxing. My wife was very worried because of previous experiences but now we have found a company to rely on. We moved from Toronto, ON on 29th of June /2013. Vega line moved with great speed packing our things into their truck in Toronto and then into our new place in Surrey on July 7th. Right there I knew I made the right decision to Vega Line. Thank you very much and Vega Line will be referred by me to anyone I know who is moving.
*Real Review* DONT USE THEM!
There are so many fake reviews written (in secret) by Vega Line. Do not be fooled by them! They are a bad company that looks to take advantage of anyone that commissions them. Are quote was over doubled. This is illegal to do in Canada and anyone that would like to sue them for doing that would like to read up on the Consumer Protection Act of 2002;

This law clearly states that a company CAN NOT charge more than 10% of their original quote.
Save yourself some time and grief and stay far away from this company.
We have not yet received our items yet, so I can't say whether they are gentle in handling our items.
Do not use this company
I hired this company to move one bedroom and one living room and 5 boxes from Winnipeg to Toronto, and here the series for mischievous/fiascos they commited: 1.For the weight, they almost doubled the actual weight, they claimed that my small 2 rooms are 2500 lbs!! 2. For the additinal unapproved cost: $250 unapproved packing material and $80 undeclared fees because I paid by credit card 3. Scratches on my furniture, lost screws 4. They insist that I have to pay first before inspect my items 5. Claim department just evasive and argue with no logic, they even said that the agreement is with my daughter, not with me, although my daughter is a minor! 6. Movers refused to assemble the bedroom, although the agreement is to diassemble and assemble 6. Bottom line, I'll sue this company, but I have also to leave a feedback at every possible site to warn about this fraudulent company!

From start to finish, the move went as planed and smooth as silk. The movers arrived on time, assessed the load and capacity and used the utmost care and diligence with my worldly goods. They were careful and took the time needed to do the job well, while also moving it along so it was done quickly.
They provided information all of the way through, keeping me informed of progress and any concerns they had for me to address. They were BRILLIANT at packing everything in the truck. I don't think there was a square foot that wasn't used, and used effectively.
They used blankets and carefully packaged my China cabinet and other fragile pieces of furniture making sure that there was no possible way the glass could crack or anything could break. The mover even used cushions in the storage facility to protect the cabinet and stacked the boxes exactly the way I specified, providing me with the access I will need in the upcoming months to the boxes and other household goods I will need to have access to.
The mover was polite and friendly. He arrived on time and delivered awesome service, transporting my precious goods safely without any damage at all. I would use Vega Line Moving again in a heartbeat and highly recommend their services for a stress free, professional and highly successful move!

When I and my wife moved cross country from Sandiego, CA to Vancouver, BC several years ago, we used Vega Line Moving and were very pleased with the service. We ended up using them again when we moved to our new house a year later, and that was also a positive experience. After reading some of the horror stories about many moving companies, I thought I should take some time and write my own experience with Vega Line Moving. The Sales Rep talked to me about what would be going and what wouldn’t. She also wrote down things that would need special packing materials and estimated the amount of time it would take for the packers to do their job. They were superb for letting me know details of the move; they were right on with my estimate, no hidden charges after the move. The whole process, from setting up the visit to get a quote to the final signing of delivery papers was smooth, professional and well handled. The price was accurate, the packing was careful, the transit time was short, and the unloading and unpacking was quick and painless. Thanks to Vega Line Moving for the great job they performed.

Great Service at Best Price
Recently my best friend/roommate decided to move out to Nova Scotia to attend the University. The semester was 1 week away from beginning so she had no time to pack a lot of her big items that she wanted to take along with her. Since her birthday was coming up in a few weeks I decided I would surprise her by shipping everything that belonged to her out to her new apartment ( she already spent a lot of money during her move as well as school tuition). I was moving out with my boyfriend and she had bought most of the items in our house so I knew it would make her happy. I had no idea on how to make this move happen. Fortunately, a friend of mine had use Vegaline Moving about a couple months ago and she recommended them to me. I have this thing with trusting companies who promise you the world but don't even give you a minute of their time, so instantaneously I did some research before calling them. I found a few other companies but they were way too over priced and rude. I needed to send her a lot of items yes but I knew I could find a better deal. So I went ahead and called this company. I believe Yaromy was the phone operator's name. He was very kind, understanding and knew what he was talking about (unlike those other companies I shall not name) So I had a huge list of items I needed shipped out to my friend in Nova Scotia. He gave me a quote and I just couldn't turn it down. I was actually shocked and thought maybe this was all some sort of hoax. The day of the pick up a very nice man( can't remember his name) called me and let me know his estimated time of arrival and actually arrived a little bit sooner. He helped me unplug the laundry machine because I did not know how to and loaded everything else that was going to be shipped out in the truck. He handled all the items carefully and very gently, even items that could have just been tossed and wouldn't brake. I don't remember how long it took to deliver but I know my best friend called me crying. She was super excited and happy about the surprise delivery that I had placed for her. She told me all her items were in perfect condition and that she was very pleased with their services. This review I would save is from the both of us. I have used other great moving companies before but none like Vega Line Moving & Storage Services. They have outstanding customer service and really care about their clients. I am so happy I actually stuck with them and even till now I am shocked about how wonderful their pricing was. I don't see how anyone wouldn't be happy with these people. Thank you for saving me money, and helping me help my friend be happy. You guys are the best..
Moving is easy with Vega Line
My Vega Line Moving experience was the best. We moved from Edmonton AB to Port Coquitlam BC and guys were terrific. The move went extremely well. For someone who has moved 3 times in the last year , I was impressed by how professional, reasonably priced, and quick this place was. Now, I realize that I may be a little biased because of the 3 moves; this is the first time I didn't have to lift a finger!! From the first visit to my household goods arriving I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff. The estimate was right on, no hidden changes. My household goods arrived in a timely manner with no damage. I certainly couldn't have asked for better service.

Excelent Move
My husband and I moved a few weeks back through Vega line moving from Toronto ON to Vancouver BC and used Alex as our telephone estimator to figure out our quote and he did a great job calculating our price. Our weight was 1,000 lbs. less than the estimate. Communication was superb, driver and helpers were great.
They did it and they were truly the best company that we could have chosen. The driver laid out carpeting along our home and runners not to dirty our floors, put up cardboard all along our stairwell walls to not scratch our furniture or walls and it was a professional service all the way through. We tipped them for the incredible move they did for us. We will refer anybody that we know and wish them all the best in the future.

DO NOT USE VEGA LINES TO MOVE! Worst moving company I have ever used.
I used Vega Lines to move from Vancouver to Calgary. What a mistake. From arriving hours late to pick up my belongings to causing extensive damage to my furniture, glassware and new condo at the time of delivery –every experience I had with the company was negative. They were rude and unprofessional. In order to arrange delivery of my items I had to call their office 8 or 9 times and each time was told someone (was given a different name everytime!) would call me back – and they never did! When my things were delivered many items were damaged or broken and I after filing a claim and providing pictures of the damage I was offered $50 compensation (for over $500 worth of damage!) in exchange for agreeing to not post any negative reviews, BBB complaints or lawsuits against the company. PLEASE do your research before using this company as there are many others with similar experiences out there – there is a reason why the company has a rating of “F” from the BBB.

I’m happy to post my experience with Vega Line Moving was nothing short of professional Moving anywhere is a stressful event, especially when you're relocating across the country. They moved my 2 bedroom apartment from Toronto ON to Seattle WA . We explained to them the importance and sensitivity of this move, we were moving collectibles, photo collections, antiques, items from both our childhoods along with our 3 children’s and grandchildren’s childhoods. They promised us the very best crews and when the fellows showed up, we had no doubt that they weren't kidding. Tim and CJ were great movers, they were clean and courteous, and I give them an overall A plus for professionalism. It was amazing to see how they marked every box so they knew which room it would be moved into, which is why they asked us during the loading portion which room the boxes were going to and they didn't have to ask again. Their price stayed the same from what they quoted us, there were no damages (no notable or noticeable damages anyway) and the crews on both ends were phenomenal. This is most likely the last move we will ever make, but we have children, grandchildren, friends and colleagues that will be moving at some point and we will be sure to pass on Vega Line Moving Services name to each and every one of them. Absolutely if you need a mover, call Vega Line moving services.

I hired Vega Line Moving Services for my move form Toronto, ON to Edmonton, AB. They were reasonably priced and because the company rep promised me that the way my items would be picked up on a decided date it would be delivered at my new home on my requested date. I was OK with the condition and scheduled my pickup date 6 days before necessary. The pickup boys came at 8 a.m. in the morning and started according to their working policy. Thay did greta job.
The delivery boys and the truck drivers were equally punctual (they arrive in Vancouver after 7 days as they promised)and hardworking as the pickup boys were. The moving team from Vega Line Moving did not only value our furniture, computers and other articles while doing our house move, but they understood the true value of our time. It was very easy to schedule the time with them.
I am satisfied with their work and will recommend them anytime.

Very Friendly Company
I moved with Vega Line from California to Toronto. I got great services from them. They picked up my goods from LA, CA and delivered to Toronto in 10 days. After couple months we changed our mind and we moved to Vancouver. They gave to us repeat customer discoun and free storage for 5 weeks. Best Moving Experience Ever
I wanted to write this review as soon as possible because my move today was such a great experience.I moved from Montreal QC to Seattle,WA. I chose Vega Line Moving and Storage based on these reviews and I'm glad I did my homework. They charged reasonable ., but you definitely get what you pay for and their speed and professionalism reduces the time another less qualified mover would probably take, and is well worth it. Knowing what I was getting into and specifying what I did and didn't want them to do ahead of time (e.g. I told them not to shrink wrap the mattresses, and made sure all of my stuff was packed well and I didn't need them to pack loose items, etc.) made this such a great experience, the easiest move I've ever had,The guys were so quick and so professional, as well as helpful and friendly. . They give you some free boxes to help your move, which might save you a little cash. Also, they'll bring a few wardrobe boxes on the day you move for you to hang clothes in. My Wife is eight months pregnant and I can't even tell you how worth it this was!!! Thank you Vega Line Moving and the team.

A Stress Free Move.....
Amazing Move
I have moved 3 times so far and I have never experienced such a relaxing move which I had a couple of months ago. All the credit goes to vega Line Moving services; it was because of their help we were able to experience a relaxing move. This ended up being far challenging than I think any of us expected it to be, and having your team there was terrific and really helped bring our stress levels down. Rios, Ishmail and Akun were incredibly professional, and were so efficient. The packed truck was a work of art, and I still can't believe they fitted everything in! They were incredibly patient with us, and the fact that we had to share the freight elevator with all the other people in the building. They brought humor to what could have been a very traumatic day, and ended up making it a very fun experience for us all.
Thanks so much again Debbie, I cannot put into words what this meant to us today. You being able to take this on pro-bono means we have more money that can be put into our award winning Economic Security program, or into our Education Awards program.

I feel really stupid for not heeding all the warnings that are written about this company. Theft, destroyed furniture, missing items, I got it all.
If you own junk that you don't care about, sure, hire Vega Moving. If even remotely value your stuff, pay extra. There's a reason it's so cheap.

We paid to have another company take our items to a government scale first. Then we get a call from vega after they had picked up our stuff saying that it was an additional 2000 lbs. Can you believe it. We told them we had already had it weighed and they were going to re weigh it... and miraculously it weighed less again. Our stuff...

Other than losing the parts for my bed, scratching the front face of the dresser; forgetting to load my desk and chair; everything else was fine. All they could say was "file a claim with the claims department".
Be very careful of their quotes. They were nice enough not to charge me the extra 3% credit card fee (they never said there would be an extra charge). Who would have thought that by...

Welcome All,
The container has been deliver this morning a little after 8:30 as expected and we finished to unload around 10:20, so it really took two hours. The driver was extremely nice and was wise to park the container aside our home even if the way was narrow. He was very nice and courteous.

Communication was great with Mark and Maureen before the move during booking and whenever I had questions they were answered quickly.
